When faced with negativity, you have 3 options: 1 Fight fire with fire and watch the explosion. Something usually blows. 2 Ignore it and let the fire burn. It will get bigger or diminish over time. 3 Stand in the light and reflect positive back. It keeps you pono and allows the other to see their own reflection. (No choice is better than the other and YOU pick the best option for you.) ~ Dr Matt

  5. It is not always the easiest thing to do: to stand in the light and reflect positive back. But is certainly is probably the most effective in the long run.
