How To Do The Forgiveness Process Of Ho’oponopono

Aloha,

I wrote a blog for The Huffington Post called 4 Surprisingly Simple Steps to Forgive Anyone for Anything.

Lack of forgiveness can hold us back in life from doing what we want to do and becoming who we wish to be. Regardless of how big or small the negative incident is, it’s important to release it completely so we can all of our energy on what we want, rather than what hurt us in the past.

This blog post details out the 4 basic steps of  ho’oponopono, the forgiveness process I teach in my Huna trainings. It shows you how we can forgive each other and ourselves, release the negative emotions, and learn from difficult situations.

Mahalo,
Dr. Matt

  1. A few years ago, I began practicing the original 14-step ho’oponopono process of Morrnah Simeona. It is a process to solve problems and conflicts. You do not need to know the causes of your problems to practice the original 14-step ho’oponopono of Morrnah Simeona. The ho’oponopono process takes 30 Minutes. Dr. Hew Len has healed 23 criminal patients in the Hawaiian State Hospital with the original 14-step ho’oponopono process of Morrnah Simeona. The original 14-step process of Morrnah Simeona can be learned by Pacifica Seminars. Pacifica Seminars in Germany was founded by Yvette Mauri and Morrnah Simeona in 1990 (see http://www.pacificaseminars.de). This original 14-step process of Morrnah Simeona is officially recognized in Hawaii.

Greetings from Swiss and Aloha 🙂

  2. Just started with the ORIGINAL 14-steps Ho’oponopono. It is indeed longer than just saying the four phrases, and imho the WAY to go. Why does the ‘modern’ human being always need shortcuts?

    • Aloha Gregory, many of Dr. Matt’s students have also asked for a shorter version, so he has recorded a 7-Minute Ho’oponopono audio version. This free audio meditation is available through the Empowerment Partnership’s online learning platform at http://www.empowermentsuccess.com. Enjoy and Aloha 🙂
