Ready to Release



Has anyone ever told you that you can “control” your emotions? When people consider controlling their emotions, the image of grabbing our emotions by the throat and beating them into submission comes to mind. But emotions – all of them – have a purpose and a wisdom. To learn more, read this article I wrote for Psychology Today.   1. thanks for sharing the mental/emotional release. it is much faster than other methods i know. there is so much to release! seems like if i release everyday, it will take two years.
