Does NLP Create Long-Lasting Change?

Aloha,

A lot of people have asked me, “Does NLP stick? Does NLP create long-lasting change?”

In the early days of NLP, people noticed dramatic changes instantaneously. For instance, take a look at Mapping Across (aka Like to Dislike). Mapping Across is a process that helps people to shift their ideas about something minor. It’s especially useful for foods. The change is immediate!

This video is about how to understand the full psychology of change to help your clients get long-lasting results. When you can accomplish this, your clients will change their behaviors for the rest of their lives!

Mahalo,

P.S.

Here’s a snippet from one of our NLP Practitioner Trainings where we do demo of Mapping Across.

I wanted to share a big win I recently had using mapping across in self hypnosis, both of which I learned in your NLP trainings. I terminated a migraine and have not had one since. Now I am talking about doozers requiring strong prescription meds with the resulting debilitation often lasting longer than one day. So this s a big deal for me.
And like you said can happen, I had to do more work than one process one time. When that is necessary, I take it to mean I benefited at an even deeper level than the one result I was looking for.

And I wanted to add…thank you!
