Rebooting Your Brain – Ha Breaths and Hakalau

This video is about how you can still your mind while rejuvenating it. It discusses how to go into a form of meditation called Hakalau, which I explain how to do in our NLP and Huna trainings. Try this technique, and you’ll feel like you just took a 30 minute to 2 hour nap!
