I wrote a Huffington Post blog this week on how to stop procrastinating.


Just in case you’re one of those people who doesn’t participate in the universal sport of procrastination, let me define it for you:


• to put off intentionally and habitually
• to put off doing something that should be done
• to delay doing something until a later time because you do not want to do it


The thing that’s so weird about procrastination is that everybody knows it doesn’t get you where you want to go — yet we still do it!
