I’d like to thank Well Being Journal for posting my article on meditation and moving your energy. In this article I discuss some research by students at Yale University. They determined that people who meditate regularly are able to switch off parts of the brain associated with anxiety, schizophrenia, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder and other problems.
