Our office is located at 3701 Dauphin Street. From I-65, take the Dauphin Street Exit West. We are located on the left side of Dauphin Street (next to Dauphin Way Baptist Church). On entering the parking lot, our patient entrance is located at the back of the building. Dr. Mosteller's office is on the first floor.
