Aloha,

Last month I wrote a blog about how limiting decisions are created and the different ways they can impact our lives. In that article, I recommended you unearth your own limiting decisions by asking yourself the following:

  • What are the results you’ve produced in the various areas of your life?
  • Where are your results not in alignment with what you really want to be, do or have?
  • What area of your life have you really tried to improve but, no matter what, things just didn’t get better?

In other words, you can find your limiting decisions by taking a look at the areas of life where you’re producing the results you don’t want.

What can you do about releasing those limiting decisions? Click here to read my latest Psychology Today blog and get started. Taking action, even if it’s just a small step, will help to solidify your brand new un-limiting decisions.
